Thoughtful in The Dark
My interest in writing dates back to my middle school years. I recall filling entire notebooks with information. Among the material I wrote are stories, points of view, anecdotes, and personal experiences that have shaped my life and continue to do so. Later, and during my college years, I decided to publish the material as a blog. As a result of accumulating a large following as well as positive feedback and petitions, I ventured into the world of podcasting. I transformed my written content into an audio experience for each episode. It is here that you have found me, and I will remain there so long as you find my work interesting. It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to my creative realm and into the depths of my unpredictable thoughts. Hope you enjoy! — Ralph

This cryptid is said to attack livestock, especially goats, and drink their blood. The Chupacabra legend originated in Puerto Rico in the mid-1990s. The first reported sightings was in 1995, when eight sheep were discovered dead, each with three punctured wounds to the chest area and completely drained of blood. This incident sparked widespread fear and curiosity, leading to numerous reported sightings across Puerto Rico. From Puerto Rico, the legend spread to other parts of Latin America, including Mexico, chile and Brazil, to other parts of Latin America, including Mexico, chile and Brazil. Over time, reports of the Chupacabra sightings were also emerged in the United States, especially in the southern western states like Texas and Arizona. The initial reports came from the town of Canoanas, puerto Rico, where residents claimed to have seen a creature resembling a favorite tilian kangaroo with large red eyes. This creature was said to have a row of spines reaching from the neck to the base of the tail. In the early 2000s, several farmers in northern Mexico reported finding their livestock dead with similar punctual wounds and drained of blood. Witnesses described the Chupacabra as a hairless, dog-like creature with a pronounced spinal ridge, unusually pronounced eye sockets, fangs and claws. A notable account came from Phyllis Canyon, a rancher in Cuero, texas, who found several of her chickens dead, with their blood drained. She later discovered a strange hairless carcass on her property, which she believed to be a chupacabra. Dna tests, however, suggested it was a coyote with munch. In Calama, chile, a series of livestock deaths were attributed to the chupacabra. Farmers reported seeing a creature with kangaroo-like body, large eyes and sharp teeth. The creature was also said to move swiftly and silently, making it difficult to catch.
